Refrigerant Pipeline System Maintenance Valve
Precision-controlled, safe and reliable maintenance valve
Detailed Implementation

•Embodiment 1: Select an easily accessible indoor location. On the gas line side of the air conditioning piping system, pass the copper tube through [ 1 ] copper nut and tighten [ 5 ] copper nut. Use a flaring tool to create a flare on the Copper Pipe, then screw it into [ 3 ] valve body and secure it.
•Embodiment 2: Unscrew the [ 5 ] nut and use its concave fork opening in reverse to remove the valve core. Connect a pressure gauge and shut-off valve to the piping system, then attach the nitrogen test line and nitrogen cylinder. Open the pressure gauge valve and fill the refrigerant piping with nitrogen for a leak-tightness pressure test. The test is passed if the pressure drop over 24 hours does not exceed 1%. Afterward, disconnect the test equipment, reinstall the valve core, and restore the Maintenance Valve to its original condition.
