Project Pain Points
Traditional rubber-plastic insulation copper pipes tend to shrink and deform in high-temperature environments over long periods, and crack in low-temperature conditions. Once the insulation layer is damaged, the copper pipe becomes exposed, leading to condensation and dripping that can damage suspended ceilings.
Standard rubber-plastic materials have limited fire resistance and degrade quickly. After a few years, they crumble and leak water, causing insulation failure in pipes and increased HVAC energy consumption.
Some standard rubber and plastic materials may emit formaldehyde. For residential interiors, homeowners have high expectations for material eco-friendliness.
Traditional on-site installation of rubber-plastic materials often leads to cutting damage and inadequate sealing at joints, creating future failure risks and increasing after-sales maintenance workload.
Solution
The project utilizes PE-Insulated Copper Pipes featuring a three-layer integrated thermal insulation pre-fabricated structure. It combines national-standard copper pipes with a single-piece, three-layer PE insulation system that meets European BL-level fire safety standards. Made from food-grade materials, it contains zero formaldehyde. Factory-preformed integration eliminates on-site cutting and wrapping of insulation.
